Through our detailed questionnaire we try to identify our clients’ key requirements such as type of service, location and need of suitable duties, tasks, transportation and other facilities.
- compare residential areas with the country side or city center
- compare prices terms and conditions of different areas
- information of rental system or property purchase
- check shops, banks, supermarkets, sport facilities etc.
Standard package also may include: information how to deal with emergences, useful phone numbers and addresses, currency exchange information, local area maps and plans.
Visa and / work permit assistance:
Procedural information
Help with application preparation with collecting and coordinating of collection of necessary documentation.
General area tour:
Accompanied by our staff member, expatriate would discover area with its advantages and disadvantages. Also includes information about principal areas of interest to newcomers, encompassing hospitals, transportation systems, shopping in supermarkets and outdoor markets, parks, places of worship, and leisure facilities.
Accommodation:
House hunting.
Combining our local knowledge with the company budget and individual requirements, allows us focus quickly on most suitable accommodation. We can then bring clients to view shortlists of properties. In addition, we can provide support with lease agreements, utility connections and major household appliances. We also maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, property managers and owners to provide a single point of contact for our clients.
NOTES:
- All appointments are scheduled with reliable real estate agent and visits to properties are made with an accompanying our representative unless otherwise specified.
- We are in communication with many real estate agents and are often told of properties before they are on the market.
- Suitable accommodation (close to work or school) is often a determining factor on location and we arrange house search process in combination with other relocation tasks.
- We work solely in the interest of our client, while in most often cases estate agents works on behalf of the landlord or vendor.
- Once a property has been selected we assist with the negotiations. We also arrange the inventory check in. Should our client wish to buy, then we can introduce surveyors and solicitors.
- Time spend in hotels is shortened, so our corporative customers can save time and money as the employee’s time can be used efficiently, allow him to concentrate on the work.
School search.
Many clients will be interested in providing additional tuition or learning opportunities for their children of all ages – art, music, dance, languages, computers, drama etc. as well as sporting activities of all types. Our staff member will typically set up school or proper course visits with principals and can accompany the client if needed.
Expatriate Departure Program:
We can also handle all aspects of winding down residency in Poland as listed below:
- negotiate with moving companies for bids on packing and shipping of household goods and pets,
- arrange temporary living accommodations, when required,
- negotiate of return of housing lease deposit,
- contact relevant authorities to cancel/ disconnect utilities and telephone/network lines
- arrange for mail forwarding.

Relocating to a new country is more than a career move. It is a challenge for the entire family, and not just a case of simply changing jobs and packing up your belongings. Firstly, an accompanying spouse can create a career model, that travels with them, and in another option, instead of finding employment, expatriate spouse can create his/her own enterprise and work with clients both locally and around the globe. Portable careers are the modern accessories for accompanying expatriate spouses – not the frustrated mind and abandoned dreams.

- each spouse or partner works with a professional career advisor, who assists in examining possible career opportunities in polish business environment based on education, work experiences, skills and interests,
- the spouse receives information on job availability and how to establish contact with promising employers;
Personal Marketing Services and Resume Preparation:
- directly meeting with HR professionals to create resumes, that highlight qualifications sought by local employers,
- include also creating portfolio that demonstrates the experience and skills trough accomplishments, references, associations and education.
Interview Training:
- directly preparation for interviewing process with role playing coaching techniques.
